TRAINING SESSIONS

Suitable for all adults and children over the age of six.
Children and Adults train together for the first hour of the session. Families can leave together after an hour. The final half hour on a Sunday is for adults and senior grades over the age of 12.
Children are welcome to stay at the side after the first hour whilst parents finish their session.
Content of a session
The format of a class is as follows:
Each session starts with a warm-up.
Basic techniques such as blocks, kicks and punches.
The remainder of the session is then variable, covering all aspects of karate including Kata and self defence.
